We aim to ship every order quickly, discreetly, and reliably. Below is what to expect once your order is placed.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During high-volume periods or launches, processing times may be slightly extended. If that happens, we’ll communicate clearly.
Shipping methods and delivery
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or factors outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to activate.
Shipping discretion
All orders ship in discreet packaging. No product names or sensitive language appear on the exterior of the package.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier first.
If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, contact INFO@KITSTANDARDCO.COM within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll review the issue and issue a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Incorrect shipping information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
